Refund Policy
  1. Valid for Refund:
    • The deal did not reach its minimum number of buys
    • Duplicate transactions due to system error
  2. Megadeals.ph will process Valid Refund concerns only up until 30 working days after the start of the Redemption Period. Approval of Refund requests beyond the specified period shall be SOLELY at the merchants discretion.
  3. Invalid for refund:
    • Megadeals.ph will not refund just because the customer changed minds.
    • Expired or Unused Vouchers.
    • If stated in the "Golden Rules" that there'll be no charge-back, no refunds will be processed.
    • Megadeals.ph is only a "PLATFORM SERVICE PROVIDER" for our merchants that provides marketing, advertisement and various payment channel services.
    • The Merchant is the seller of the vouchers through Megadeals, more so providing the goods and services on any voucher you purchase to them will be their responsibility
