  • Each day, MegaDeals features an unbeatable deal on the best stuff to do, see, eat, and buy nationwide. By promising businesses a minimum number of customers, we get discounts you won't find anywhere else, as much as 90% off on big-name brands. That's what we call "mega group-buying power!"
  • Do I have to sign up a group of people I know to get the deal?
  • Nope. Our reach is nationwide and we can access millions of web and mobile users. We encourage you to invite friends and families anyway, though. MegaDeals is addicting and fun, what with such huge discounts on popular brands you can't find anywhere else.
  • How is MegaDeals different from all the other group buying sites out there?
  • Three things make MegaDeals bigger and more attractive than other group buying sites: First, we've partnered with really popular brands that normally would not agree to be featured elsewhere. Secondly, our reach is nationwide; we're on the web and in your mobile phone. Our mobile site is m.MegaDeals.ph. Thirdly, we offer exclusive deals and privileges to our subscribers, like discounts up to 90% on popular brands and MegaPoints on completed web and mobile transactions.
  • I like today's deal - how do I get it?
  • Just click "BUY" before the offer expires, and enter your payment information. That's it.
  • What happens if the Mega Deal doesn't reach its required minimum number of purchasers?
  • If the minimum number of people sign up, we'll charge your account and send you a link to print your MegaDeals voucher. If not enough people join, no one gets it (and your money is refunded). But we're confident our every deal will tip.
  • Do I need to use my MegaDeal voucher the same day I buy it?
  • No. In fact, most MegaDeals cannot begin to be used until the specified redemption period after your purchase. If you are ever able to use it on the same day, it will be specified in the deal's Terms.
  • I bought a MegaDeal - how do I use it?
  • Once you're charged, you'll receive an email with a link to your MegaDeals voucher. Print voucher which has redemption instructions!
  • Can I buy a MegaDeal as a gift for someone else?
  • Yes, all our merchant partners are aware that MegaDeals can be used as gifts. So gift away to your favorite people! To do this, click on the BUY button and complete the transaction. You may modify the name of recipient before printing out the voucher.
  • If I don't use the full value of the MegaDeal in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
  • If for some odd reason the MegaDeal does not reach the required minimum number of buyers, we shall refund your payment within 15 banking days.
  • Can I combine my MegaDeal with other offers or specials?
  • No.
  • Am I billed as soon as I join a MegaDeal?
  • If for some odd reason the MegaDeal does not reach the required minimum number of buyers, we shall refund your payment within 15 banking days.
  • Is MegaDeals safe?
  • Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.
  • Can I get a refund on a MegaDeal?
  • Read our Return Policy.
  • What happens if my MegaDeal expires?
  • We're sorry. When your voucher expires, you can not use it anymore. No refunds also. The Redemption Period is clearly stated in the deal terms.
  • How can I get my business on MegaDeals?

  • How do I earn MegaPoints?
  • MegaPoints are almost like cash. They are valid credits to purchase deals. There are two ways to earn MegaPoints: By referring a friend you earn 100 MegaPoints; and by being a Globe subscriber. Globe subscribers have exclusive benefits, one of which is an additional 3% MegaPoints for each completed web purchase. (i.e. purchased deal worth P100 = Globe subscriber gets 3 MegaPoints)
  • What if the person I refer subscribes to the site - any love for that?
  • Of course! If someone you refers subscribes within 72 hours, you'll receive 100 MegaPoints after they make their first purchase.
  • Can I refer as many people as I want?
  • Yes! The more people you refer, the more MegaPoints you earn.
  • I just sent a referral to my friend - now what?
  • Get P100 MegaPoints when someone you invite purchases their first MegaDeal. There's no limit on how much you can earn! If your friend makes their first MegaDeal purchase within 72 hours from the time they click on the referral link you sent them, we'll send you an email to tell you that we've credited your account with MegaPoints.
  • Where did you get the name "MegaDeals?"
  • We will feature only the best and biggest deals in and around Metro Manila; and therefore we chose a word that connotes superiority and greatness.
  • Where is MegaDeals based?
  • MegaDeals is headquartered in Makati City, the the financial center of the Philippines and one of the major financial, commercial and economic hubs in Asia.
  • How do I unsubscribe to deal alerts?
  • For Globe subscribers, kindly text STOP DEAL then send it to 2910. For Smart subscribers, text DEAL STOP and send it to 291.
